The ceremony was launched in 2022 to celebrate outstanding students, academics, and professional services staff and, as well as amazing people from across the school, the awards will also be recognising brilliant research, extra-curricular activity and contribution to the school community.

Professor Peter John, head of the School of Politics & Economics, said: “So many of our students and staff have made truly outstanding contributions to the life of the school over the last year so we are delighted to be celebrating their achievements once again at our annual awards ceremony.

“I would encourage you all to submit a nomination and help make sure we recognise everyone who is working hard to make the school a fantastic place to be. I’m looking forward to reading through all the submissions.”
