As part of our ongoing commitment to offer the best value gym experience, King's Sport Waterloo Gym will be undergoing some refurbishment from the 15th July 2019. During this time the changing rooms and lower ground weights area will be closed to use until mid-September, whilst we refurbish the changing facilities and increase the space of the weights area. 

As the changing rooms will be closed for the duration of the project. Alternative showers are available across the road, in the Franklin-Wilkins Building. There are 11 showers in the building, spread across each floor.

Alumni and external members will be able to access FWB using their King’s Sport membership cards.

There will be some contractor activity in the courtyard of Stamford Street Apartments during this project, including the transportation of materials in and out of the gym; waste disposal bins; and limited vehicle activity.
