Biography

Adam Tilcock is a Senior Analyst in the Department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences, School of Cancer & Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Adam joined the Drug Control Centre in 2018. His background is in Analytical Chemistry having being awarded a Masters in Analytical Toxicology from King's and previously worked for a UK Forensic Toxicology provider. He currently works in the Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) team and is responsible for the preparation and analysis of urine samples for anti-doping purposes in accordance with UKAD and WADA requirements. Alongside this, he also leads the Quality Assurance provision for the MOD's Compulsory Drug Testing programme.
