
Adrian Joseph OBE

Biography
Adrian is a portfolio non-executive director (NED), founder and CEO of JuveX.AI, a paediatric medical imaging company developing AI-assisted radiology tools to improve health outcomes for children and young people. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in AI, data, analytics and digital transformation, having served as chief data and AI officer at BT Group, senior partner at EY and managing director of Google Enterprise EMEA, during more than a decade in senior executive roles at Google spanning cloud, analytics and data science.
He currently serves as an Independent Member of Council at King’s College London, an NED at Allwyn UK (operator of the UK National Lottery), an NED at FNZ UK, and a member of NatWest Group’s Technology Advisory Board.
Previous non-executive roles include Direct Line Group plc, the UK Home Office, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and the Board of Business in the Community, where he chaired the Race Equality Board for five years. He was also an expert member of the UK Government’s AI Council.
Adrian was awarded an OBE for services to equality and diversity in business in 2019 and has been recognised by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards as the UK’s most influential minority ethnic technology leader. He holds a degree in econometrics and an MBA with distinction and an honorary doctorate in business management.
In his spare time, Adrian enjoys mountain biking, fine wine investment and Formula 1.
