Biography

Aimee Plumbley is a Programme Officer (PGT) in the Department of Informatics, at King's College London. Aimee is responsible for supporting students and academic staff as the first point of contact for queries for the department's postgraduate programmes.

This includes:

  • Supporting student lifecycle processes from pre-enrolment activities, through induction and registration to graduation
  • Administrative support for in-term assessment & examinations
  • Responsible for resolving student and academic enquiries
  • Process support for Mitigating Circumstances, Appeals and Misconduct
  • Support with students of concern, KIPs and PAAs
  • Assisting in ensuring that quality assurance requirements, and where required any accreditation requirements, are met for relevant programmes.
  • Supporting student, module and programme evaluation processes
  • Servicing committee meetings
