Aizhan Kulenova is pursuing a PhD in HRM & Employment Relations at King’s Business School. Her research interests include employee selection methods and decision-making.
Aizhan holds a BSc in Psychology from University College London and an MSc in HR Management and Organisational Analysis from King's College London.
