Biography
Aleksandra's research focuses on the learning experiences and professional identity of the military officers.
In 2023, Aleksandra joined King's from the University of Edinburgh, where she worked as a postdoctoral researcher on a large project on education and professional development in medicine and the broader healthcare sector.
Aleksandra completed her doctorate on the European policies in higher education and professional socialisation at the University of Bristol. She also held the Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship, awarded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State, for study in education at New York University, where she completed her MA in Educational Leadership.
