Biography

Alosina is acting up as the Senior Programme Officer (Assessments) from April to July 2024, in the Department of Informatics, at King's College London. Alosina is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of assessment-related tasks in the Department for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. This includes:

  • Organising and overseeing assessment periods
  • Organising and overseeing Assessment Sub-Boards and prize allocations
  • Maintaining updated assessment-related guidance docs for the Professional Services team and academic staff
  • Support for in-term assessments
  • Overseeing Module Assessment Admin task updates
  • Supporting Assessment Sub-Board Chairs with External Examiner onboarding
  • Overseeing appeals outcomes, misconduct processes, MCFs processes, KIPs and PAA
  • Overseeing day-to-day workload of POs of assessment-related tasks and monitoring completion team tasks specifically regarding assessments
  • Responding to minor assessment-related complaints
  • Overseeing credit checks
