Interim Head of Cluster Operations (Arts)
Biography
Alyeisha joined the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in January 2026, bringing with her a strong track record of shaping high‑performing professional services teams in higher education. She previously held the Senior Programmes Manager in the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences at King’s, where she led programme management for the King’s Interdisciplinary Sciences (KIS) portfolio.
Before joining King’s, she held a similar role at Imperial College London, where she developed the team, processes and operational structures needed to deliver new UG taught programmes.
The Arts cluster includes, Department of Culture, Media & Creative Industries; Department of Digital Humanities; Department of Film Studies, and the Department of Music.
As Head of Cluster Operations, Alyeisha works closely with the academic Head of Cluster and the Heads of Departments to ensure that the academic endeavour is strengthened, and supported by excellent professional services provision:
- Taking the lead role in the planning and development of strategic and operational professional services support for students and staff in the cluster.
- Leading the Business Operations and Research Operations teams, ensuring they deliver efficient, responsive, and future‑focused services.
- Harmonising and developing systems, processes, and procedures across the faculty and beyond, shaping policy and good practice.
- Managing the cluster budget and overseeing all financial operations in line with College regulations, ensuring resources are used sensibly and transparently.
- Creating a positive, inclusive environment where professional services teams thrive and work in strong partnership with academic colleagues and faculty‑level services.
