Amy Paynter is a Clinical Specialist Sonographer based at the Royal Free Hospital. She has expertise in obstetrics, gynaecology, general medical ultrasound and head and neck imaging. 

Amy is a HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional with 10 years' experience in the NHS. She originally trained and worked as a Diagnostic Radiographer before specialising in ultrasound.

Amy has a particular interest in obstetrics and gynaecology, which forms a key focus of both her clinical practice and teaching.

Alongside her clinical role, Amy contributes to education at King’s College London, where she coordinates clinical assessments and teaches on the Obstetrics and Gynaecology module.
