Biography

Drew Whitfield is an internal medicine trainee taking a year out of training to complete the KHP CTM Pre-doctoral Clinical Research Excellence Fellowship at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London.

He is interested in functional neurological disorders having carried out research projects across various previous trusts including during foundation training in Glasgow at the Scottish Epilepsy Centre and as a clinical fellow in neurology at St George's Hospital.

He completed his medical degree at the University of Sheffield (MbChB) and also completed a degree in neuroscience at the University of Bristol (BSc). He holds membership of the royal college of physicians (MRCP) and is a member of the Association of British Neurologists and the Functional Neurological Disorder Society.
