Biography

Anthony Gahan has over 30 years of international investment banking and business experience which he applies when he is advising on M&A and equity transactions and on the boards of companies where he has held Chairman or Non-executive director roles.

Anthony is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Wyvern Partners, the London based investment banking business and founded IPSX Group, which operates the world’s first stock exchange dedicated to the IPO and trading of real estate and infrastructure companies.

Throughout his career Anthony has advised businesses on public and private market transactions. He has held senior executive and board roles at Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co. Limited having spent the early part of his banking career at Charterhouse Bank and National Westminster Bank.

His sector specialisation started with the global industrials sector. In more recent years he has focused on business services, media, data, fintech and “disruption” (businesses that disrupt markets with technology and/or with new business models).

Anthony is an alumnus of King’s College London (Modern Languages) and London Business School. He is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese.
