Dr Asit Arora is a Clinical Honorary Reader in Surgical and Interventional Engineering at King’s College London. He is also a Consultant Head and Neck Surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, with a specialist interest in complex robotic and digitally enabled surgery.

His research focuses on the translational development of advanced surgical technologies. This includes robotic-assisted surgery, AI-enabled decision support, and simulation-based training. His work spans preclinical development through to early clinical implementation.
