Audley Sheppard KC

Audley Sheppard KC is partner and the Global co-Head of Arbitration at Clifford Chance. He specialises in the resolution of major disputes arising out of infrastructure and energy projects, and international trade and investment. He is the chairman of the LCIA Board since 2017 and also sits as an arbitrator.

Audley Sheppard will be one of seven guest speakers for the King's College London Executive Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Summer 2023, joining with our academic faculty course leaders to talk on duties of arbitrators (incl. independence and impartiality, and IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interests) and challenge.
