Biography

I am a PhD student currently writing up my thesis entitled “Application and validation of Machine Learning based image analysis approaches for cancer biomarker discovery from tissue sections”. My current projects involve research into convolutional neural networks for the diagnosis of prostate cancer in histology images and physiology experiments to determine muscle contractility in a range of paediatric diseases.
