Candida Vasconcelos joined King’s College London in February 2022 and is based in the Department of Psychosis Studies. She serves as Financial Controller and Personal Assistant to Professor Paolo Fusar-Poli, providing financial, administrative, and operational support to his research activities and wider team. 

Her work focuses on research administration, budget management, and project coordination, including overseeing financial processes, supporting project delivery, and organising meetings and events. She also assists with onboarding staff and students and facilitates collaboration across research teams.

Candida holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the Open University. She continues to develop her expertise through professional training, contributing to the effective delivery of research and teaching activities within the department.
