Carol Chan is a Senior Programme Officer within the Executive Education team at King’s Business School. She plays a pivotal role in delivering administrative and logistical support across a dynamic and growing portfolio of short courses, and is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who engages with Executive Education – from course participants to academic staff, external contributors, and partners.
Carol supports both open enrolment and custom executive education programmes, taking the lead in coordinating all aspects of course delivery. She works closely with course directors and contributors to ensure each programme is meticulously planned and executed, managing everything from scheduling and venue logistics to digital communications and resource distribution. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are central to the smooth running of courses and the professional reputation of King's Business School's Executive Education.
Originally from Hong Kong, Carol brings valuable international experience to her role at King's. Before joining the University, she contributed to the prestigious Executive MBA programmes at the University of Hong Kong, where she supported senior-level learners from diverse professional backgrounds. Her experience in managing complex, high-impact programmes in a fast-paced academic environment has equipped her with the skills and insight necessary to deliver excellence in executive education.
Carol holds a Master of Education (Higher Education) from the University of Hong Kong, where she developed a deep understanding of the structures, challenges and innovations shaping the global higher education sector.
