Charles is new to working in the Health & Exercise industry but has always been involved in sports and exercise from a young age. Charles used to take part in different sports such as Football, Athletics and American Football. He currently enjoys strength training and has a keen interest in strength and conditioning.

Charles studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Kent. During his time at university he was able to work as a Personal Trainer for a fitness society, performing group exercises for students every other week. Charles enjoys helping people achieve their goals whether it may be increasing strength, generally becoming fitter or giving nutritional advice.
