Biography

Chris joined KCL Libraries as a Library Operations Manager in 2013, having previously worked at the BBC, as a Manager in the News Archives team. He has been working as the Head of Library Frontline Services since 2019 and has over 10 years’ experience in Operations and Line Management.

The Head of Frontline role drives the delivery of projects, supported by the Frontline Management team, devising workable models to deliver L&C’s strategic aims form in-person, online and phone services.

This involves establishing means for data collection and feedback with users, stakeholders and staff to identify areas for development, measure success, and ensure an environment of continuous improvement.

He works closely with the other members of the Senior Management Team to make strategic decisions about the L&C department in relation to University drivers and priorities.
