Biography
Chris Jones is the Head of Research Support and Deputy Director of Operations in the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences at King's College London.
He joined King’s in 2011 and spent 8 years supporting research in the School of Population Health & Environmental Sciences (now part of the School of Life Course & Population Sciences) in the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine. Chris subsequently joined the Faculty of Natural, Mathematics and Engineering Sciences (NMES) in January 2020, as Head of Research Support, and leads both the research and PGR support teams across our faculty.
The Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences is based in the heart of London with a long tradition of world-leading research and teaching in physics, mathematics, chemistry, computer science and engineering. With nearly 5,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students and around 350 academic and research staff, our ambition is to inspire, educate and innovate - fostering the next generation of scientists and future leaders.
