Ciara joined The Dickson Poon School of Law as Student Experience Manager in May 2025, in an interim role for one year.

Ciara is responsible for supporting the College Education Strategy in developing, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving initiatives to enhance the student experience and learner outcomes of all students in The Dickson Poon School of Law. This includes overseeing the delivery of all student-experience activity from pre-arrival to graduation, including welcome & induction, community building, extra-curricular events, and widening participation activity.
