Biography
Dr Colin Wills joined the Royal Air Force in 1978, serving until 2014. A Qualified Weapons Instructor (Air Defence), with over 6000 hours flying experience as a navigator on the F-4 Phantom and Tornado F3, his last 4 years were spent in the UK’s MOD Defence Intelligence Service as an Adversary UAS/UCAS and Counter Air Subject Matter Expert. He is now a Capability Advisor for a UK Future Combat Air System programme. Colin gained an MLitt in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, and was warded a PhD in War Studies from KCL in 2013.
