Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement Manager


My role is to support in leading the clinical governance and quality improvement team agenda for all of the School’s clinical imaging services, working closely with clinical & nursing/midwifery leads, service managers, superintendent radiographers and medical physics leads, as well as the GSTT Clinical Governance and service improvement teams. My work includes reviewing and improving systems and processes for monitoring services, including through outcomes of complaints, incidents, audits and patient experience feedback. I am also responsible for reviewing and monitoring staff education and training, and compliance with document quality and control processes and use of information, particularly in support of QSI accreditation.
