Dan manages our Employer Relations & Insights Team, focusing on strengthening our domestic (UK & Ireland) connectivity in employer relations across King's.

Through targeted business development, through our industry clusters, he maximises the range of career development opportunities provided to students, researchers and recent alumni and ensures that our labour market intelligence (LMI) is harnessed institutionally to support our strategic aspirations.

Dan keeps abreast of a rapidly changing early careers labour market developing long-term partnerships which drive opportunity development and activity both integrated and alongside the curriculum. He ensures our LMI can be used in discussions with institutional and faculty colleagues, as well as shaping a clear, evidence-based narrative around the distinctive capabilities of King’s students.

He looks after our recruitment and advertising services including the King's CareerConnect vacancy board, targeted emails and sponsorship packages as well as managing employer input to our educational and skills events of workshops, masterclasses and panels.

Professional Background

Dan joined King's in autumn 2026 following a wide-ranging career in global talent acquisition for organisations including American Express, BMW, Abbott and Amazon.

He is a graduate of the University of Sussex, and holds a Masters in Artificial Intelligence & Philosophy from Northeastern University London.
