Senior Operations Officer - HR & Finance
Work to support the core functions in Human Resources and Finance:
- Oversee and manage/co-manage the School’s staff support (team of Operations Officers and Assistants across five departments)
- Coordinate recruitment, probation and performance management, recognition, capability development and succession planning and in monitoring and analyses of non-pay and establishment expenditure
- Administrative lead for School Development, Diversity & Inclusion with the task to promote, advise and encourage departments in the effective integration and implementation of equality and diversity policy and procedures set by the Faculty and university.
