Biography
Dean Nyarko-Mensah is a Certifying Analyst for the Drug Control Centre in the Department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences, School of Cancer & Pharmaceutical Sciences. After completing his undergraduate degree in pharmacology at Kingston University, and gaining a masters' degree in Analytical Toxicology at King's, Dean joined the Drug Control Centre in 2019. He currently works in the Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) team at the Drug Control Centre and is responsible for the preparation and analysis of urine samples for anti-doping purposes in accordance with UKAD and WADA requirements.
