Debbie has worked at the Cicely Saunders Institute of Palliative Care, Policy & Rehabilitation at King's since 2014, joining as a Research Administrator, and working her way up to the role of Institute Business Manager. Debbie has over ten years experience in managing Research Operations, supporting academic and research staff in applying for and managing their research grants, and joined the School of Academic Psychiatry in February 2026 as Senior Research Operations Manager.

Debbie graduated from the University of Reading in December 2013 with an MA (Res) in Medieval Studies, following on from her BA (Hons) in History.
