Project Title:  Designing a religious and culture-based mental health literacy program to increase formal and informal help-seeking among Indonesian adults

I have previously studied psychology in undergraduate and master level, which both obtained in Indonesia. I have been working as a lecturer, researcher, and clinical psychologist in Sultan Agung Islamic University Indonesia for 7 years. I have a strong research interest in psychological help-seeking behaviour among Indonesian and other Asian population, particularly how cultural and religious values contribute to it.
