Donald provides research support for the Department of Physics. He maintains the link with academics, the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences and the Research Management and Innovation office in the areas of:

• Pre-award (costings on grant and fellowship applications)
• Post-award (financial and process management of grants)
• Other departmental and faculty research activities and events
