Donna joined the School of Education, Communication & Society in 2022 with experience of working in the charity and public sectors.

She currently works as Senior Programme Officer supporting Postgraduate Taught Programmes in the department and has a particular focus on supporting the delivery of MA Languages programmes throughout the student lifecycle, including student assessment processes.
