Biography
Fitness has been a big part of Dylan's life for as long as he can remember. He spent over 10 years playing rugby, and now he trains in MMA. Along the way, he has become a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, with a background in sports science and a kettlebell certificate.
For Dylan, exercise is not just about getting a bigger bicep. He believes it’s something that can be used to better your life, whether that be by reaching your training goals or simply giving you that extra bit of confidence for the day!
