Eli Glickman is a candidate for an MA in War Studies at King’s College London, where he studies as a Marshall Scholar. He is also a Research Assistant at the King’s College London Centre for Nuclear Strategy and Security. 

Eli’s research interests are in nuclear strategy and defence policy, with specific emphases on force structure, operational planning, and arms control. He previously held research positions at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments in Washington, DC. As an undergraduate, Eli interned with the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, the Office of U.S. Senator Tom Cotton, and the American Enterprise Institute’s Coalition Defense of Taiwan Project. He is a Truman Scholar (Maryland ’24) and was a 2024 Kissinger Summer Fellow at Johns Hopkins SAIS and a 2023 Hertog War Studies Scholar at the Institute for the Study of War. Eli holds an MSt in History of War from St. Hilda’s College, Oxford, and a BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
