Lizzie Bullock is responsible for Customer Success at Luminance, a leading Legal AI provider. She manages a portfolio of some of the company’s largest and most prestigious clients, including leading international law firms and global enterprises. She works closely with customers to ensure successful adoption of AI-powered legal technology, with a particular focus on delivering value in complex, high-stakes environments.

Lizzie practised law at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Bird and Bird, focusing on advising a range of innovative and fast-growing companies. During this time, she developed a strong interest in legal technology, recognising its increasing importance in shaping how legal services are delivered.

She studied French and Russian at University College London and later Ukrainian at the University of Cambridge. Lizzie is a strong advocate for the role of AI in transforming the legal industry and sees legal technology as one of the most significant shifts in practice since the advent of computers.
