Elzbieta oversees the team on the operational work involved in teaching and learning administration, and individually leads on activities related to processes. She also shares oversight of all assessment-related work for the department. Additionally, Elzbieta collaborates with the Programme Manager on strategic planning and process improvement. Some of her responsibilities include:

• Organising and overseeing assessment periods
• Organising and overseeing Assessment Sub-Boards and prize allocations
• Maintaining updated assessment-related guidance docs for the Professional Services team and academic staff
• Support for in-term assessments
• Overseeing Module Assessment Admin task updates
• Supporting Assessment Sub-Board Chairs with External Examiner onboarding
• Overseeing day-to-day workload of POs of assessment-related tasks and monitoring completion team tasks specifically regarding assessments
• Responding to minor assessment-related complaints
• Overseeing credit checks
• Deputising for the Programme Manager
• Managing the Programme Officers in the Department of Engineering
