Emily is a Work-Related Learning Officer at King’s Business School, where she works collaboratively with faculty and professional services teams to create impactful experiential learning opportunities that support students’ development and access to meaningful career pathways.

Emily supports the design and delivery of high‑quality initiatives that enhance students’ employability, confidence and access to meaningful professional experiences. Prior to joining King’s, she worked as a Senior Consultant in executive search, specialising in North American technology markets and advising clients on talent strategy in competitive environments. She has also served as a Partnerships Lead for a national charity, collaborating with employers across the UK to widen equitable access to opportunities for students and graduates from underrepresented groups.

She graduated with a BA in Social Sciences (Politics) from the University of Manchester. She is particularly committed to creating inclusive, empowering pathways into work and ensuring students can engage with opportunities that reflect their ambitions, strengths and lived experiences.
