Biography

Emmanouela Dimitriadou Panidou is a PhD student in the Department of Engineering, King’s College London.

Emmanouela is currently under the supervision of Professor Marco Di Renzo. She received her Diploma (Integrated Master) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) in April 2022.

During the final year of her studies, she joined the Wireless Communications and Information Processing (WCIP) Group in the Division of Telecommunications at A.U.Th., where she completed her diploma thesis on Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces, titled “Performance Analysis of Cooperative and Distributed Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces Networks.”

Following graduation, she worked as a Research Associate at the Information Technologies Institute of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas, in the Visual Computing Lab. She is currently a Research Fellow within the Horizon Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions project INTEGRATE, based at the Laboratory of Signals and Systems (L2S), CentraleSupélec – Paris-Saclay University, in Paris, France.

Research Interests

Her research interests include 6G wireless communications and networks, mathematical modeling, and signal processing.
