Mr. Brock graduated from Emory University in 2020 with a BSc in Environmental Science and worked in environmental justice, health, and policy with local governments in California. He earned his Masters in Public Health from King's in 2024, doing his thesis in health communication methods with the South London Stroke Register.

In 2025 he joined the Cicely Saunders Institute to research the ethics of artificial intelligence on care for people with advanced dementia. Mr. Brock is also involved with Healthwatch community outreach programmes, working to listen to the voices of health and social care users within the UK and use their experiences to advocate for health and care improvements.
