- Manage the general administration of the Institute
- With the Institute Director(s), manage the finances of the Institute
- With the Faculty Senior Communications Manager, manage the Institute's communications
- Support and develop the Institute's community of researchers, educators and administrators
- Ensure delivery of annual programme of events and activities, and help develop new activity
