Biography
Filippo Bosio is the Superintendent Radiographer for Cardiac MRI at King’s College/ Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, where he has been a member of staff since 2014. He is an SCMR-accredited Level 3 Grandfather Cardiac MRI Radiographer and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (FSCMR).
Throughout his career, Filippo has been actively involved in numerous clinical research studies, contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. He has a strong interest in service development, education, and research, with a particular focus on improving patient care and advancing the role of radiographers in CMR.
Internationally, Filippo currently serves as Chair of the Technologist Section of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) and is a member of the SCMR Board of Trustees. Through these roles, he leads educational initiatives, promotes professional development, and supports the global CMR technologist community.
