Florence joined King’s College London in September 2024 as the Operations Officer in KIASS. Prior to this she worked at a charity that supports people with learning disabilities to increase their independence and wellbeing, where she oversaw the operations and development for one of their four sites.

Florence holds a BA in Community Development from Goldsmiths College, and has worked with communities, young people and in higher education.
