Fr Marie Bruno de la Houssaye

Father Marie Bruno is a member of the Brothers of St John in Forest Gate (east London).

He graduated in Politics at Sciences Po Paris and has a degree in History at La Sorbonne and a MA in Theology at the University of Strasbourg. He worked for 10 years in an insurance organisation in France, which he left in 1991 to join the brothers of St John. He was ordained a priest in 1998.

Fr Marie Bruno lived a monastic life in different parts of France, combined with pastoral activities. He is looking forward to discovering more about King’s College London and aims to be attentive to contributing to the fraternal relations between all faiths, and those with no faith, in a spirit of fraternity with all.
