Biography

Sir Francis Jacobs is Professor of Law and a Jean Monnet Professor. He was formerly a Professor at the College of Europe, Bruge; Advocate General at Court of Justice of the European Communities (1988-2006); and Professor of European Law and Director of the Centre of European Law at King’s College London until 1988.

Research interests

Sir Francis Jacobs's research interests include European Community law; international law; and European Convention on Human Rights.
