Biography

As a student at King’s College London, George understands the pressures of performing at a prestigious university and maintaining other important aspects of life.

George has recently joined the fitness industry and has enjoyed participating in different sports such as football and boxing. He currently cycles to work; plays golf and has an interest in strength training with a particular interest in functional fitness. This enjoyment for fitness includes events such as The Fan Dance (SAS) Challenge and Tough Mudder.

A personable coach, George enjoys supporting others to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals by increasing muscle mass or generally being a healthier individual. George will soon expand on this knowledge through a Personal Trainer course and self-directed learning.
