
Biography
Dr Giada Brianza is the Project Manager in the Department of Biostatistics & Health Informatics at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. Her role is to support and oversee the RADAR-base project, advancing digital health research and innovation.
Giada joined King’s in 2025 to support and oversee the RADAR-base project, an open-source platform for remote monitoring in healthcare and clinical research. Her role bridges project supervision, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the platform’s growth and sustainability.
Giada’s expertise lies in digital health innovation, user-centred research, and interdisciplinary collaboration across clinical and technical domains. Before joining King’s, she held research and project management roles at UCL, where she gained experience in user experience research, data-driven health technologies, and translational research initiatives bridging academia and practice.
She holds a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Neuropsychology, followed by a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Sussex (UK). Her doctoral research explored the relationship between olfactory stimulation and body image using advanced technologies and mixed methods approaches.
