
Biography
Dr Giulia Cattarinussi is psychiatrist and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London. She completed her medical degree and clinical training in Psychiatry at the University of Udine (Italy) and received her PhD in Neuroscience from the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Padova (Italy).
Dr Cattarinussi's research focuses on the neurobiology of psychosis, particularly using immune and genetic factors, and structural and functional neuroimaging. She is also interested in the biological mechanisms that mediate the association between environmental factors, including air pollution and extreme climate events, and psychosis.
