Biography

Gustav Johansson joined King’s College London Language Centre in 2021. He completed a BA in French and Political Science (2006) at Linnaeus University, Sweden, a Postgraduate Diploma in Icelandic and Political Science (2009) at the University of Iceland, and further studies in Swedish Language Acquisition (2019) at Stockholm University. He speaks Swedish, English, and French.

As a Swedish teacher at King’s College London, Gustav delivers evening language courses, supporting learners in developing their communicative skills and cultural understanding. Alongside his role at King’s, he works at the Swedish School in London.

Gustav brings extensive experience from working across a wide range of cultural exchange programmes, engaging with diverse groups including international students and immigrant communities. His teaching is informed by this broad intercultural background, allowing him to adapt his approach to meet the needs of learners from different contexts and levels.
