Biography
Hajer is a research assistant for the Translational Oncology and Urology Research (TOUR) team. She is responsible for a collaborative project with South East London Cancer Alliance (SELCA) at Guy’s and St Thomas’ (GSTT) and TOUR. She is undertaking a research study focusing on cancer patient experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst looking deeper into whether patient experiences were impacted by health inequalities during this period. Hajer is also responsible for supporting the clinical database manager and epidemiologists of Guy's Cancer Real World Evidence Programme in terms of data management and descriptive analyses, and assisting the team with administrative support and tasks. Hajer is a graduate student from the University of Copenhagen with a MSc. in Global Health, where she also has completed her BSc. in Health informatics.
