Hannah Robinson is Executive Director, Student and Academic Services (Academic Registrar) at King’s College London. She joined King’s in April 2026 from Birmingham City University, where she served as Academic Registrar.

Prior to King's, Hannah held senior roles including Academic Registrar at the University of Derby and Director of Operations for the College of Engineering and Physical Science at the University of Birmingham.

With over 25 years’ experience in the Higher Education sector, Hannah brings a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary professional services, driving strategic development and implementation and enhancing the student experience at an institutional level.

As Executive Director for Student and Academic Services, Hannah leads the complex and multidisciplinary directorate that underpins King’s academic administration and regulatory environment.

Drawing on her extensive sector experience, she works to strengthen institutional processes, ensure clarity and consistency in academic governance, and support colleagues across the university in delivering high quality, student-centred services.

Her leadership is focused on enabling an excellent student experience through effective systems, collaborative practice and a sustained commitment to continuous improvement across the student lifecycle.
