Biography
Dr Garmo has been working with the TOUR team for more than ten years. As a senior statistician, he provides guidance and support to the team in terms of study design, database management, and analytical methods.
He has been involved in a large variety of clinical epidemiology studies focused on prostate cancer. He is the lead statistician for the Scandinavian Prostate Cancer Group (SPCG)-4 trial, which has resulted in many high impact publications including two reports in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Dr Garmo also has an interest in developing new statistical methods around the use of real world evidence data.
