Hari supports the day-to-day administration of the Department of Informatics, with responsibility for:

• Short term procurement
• Reconciling of financial transactions
• Ad-hoc room bookings for departmental & centrally timetabled rooms
• Creation of staff profiles on the Informatics website
• Managing the diary of the Head of Department
• Managing department travel processes
• Processing of expenses claims
